Waterproof Floating Hunting Bags are RF welded firearm cases and hunting bags in TPU laminated fabric, with no stitching in the waterproof shell. The category contains four sub-categories: floating shotgun cases, swamp hunting bags, floating waterproof backpacks and waterproof hunting backpacks. Current models are the SL-E302 roll-top tube (130 × 25 cm, 60 L, approx. 1.35 kg, IPX7), the SL-E603 sealed-zipper flat case (122 × 30 × 8 cm, approx. 1.1 kg, IPX7), the SL-P857 roll-top slip (137 cm sealed, 2 cm wide, approx. 0.95 kg, IPX7) and the SL-C811 padded tactical case (132 × 33 × 10 cm, approx. 2.6 kg, IPX6).
Sealock runs high-frequency welding lines in-house at Dongguan, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Power, pressure and dwell time are recorded for each fabric batch, and every run begins with a destructive peel test. MOQ 300 pcs, samples 7–10 days, production 30–45 days.
High-frequency welding at 27.12 MHz fuses TPU-laminated panels into a single section of material. There are no needle holes in the seams, and pockets and strap anchors are attached by welded reinforcement patches.

Roll-top buoyancy depends on air retained before rolling. Kayak, canoe and deep-water programmes are specified from Floating Shotgun Cases.
Roll-top closures take approximately 15 seconds to seal, adjust internal length by fold count and retain air for flotation. The SL-E603 sealed zipper opens in approximately 4 seconds and packs to a fixed 8 cm profile.

840D TPU laminate is standard. 500D PVC tarpaulin is available at lower cost and higher weight; 420D TPU at lower weight. TPU is specified for outdoor storage because of its ultraviolet resistance.
